Policies

  • To better service you we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance.
  • A 24 hour notice is required on all appointment cancellations.
  • Gift certificate/cards, coupons or discount cards must be presented at check-in.
  • Corporate gift certificate/cards cannot be used to purchase any in-house promotions, packages that are discounted or may not be used with any coupons or specials.  Please refer to ala carte menu for per service prices.
  • Guests using a gift certificate must also cancel within the required time or the gift certificate will be voided.
  • No shows will be charged at full treatment rate.
  • Cash gift cards have no expiration date and have no cash value.
  • All on-line gift certificates have a 1 year expiration.
  • Regular service gift certificates have a 1 year expiration.
  • Spa packages have a 6 month expiration date.
  • Holiday specially priced gift certificates have a 3 month expiration date.
  • Ther are no extensions on expired gift certificates.
  • Do to the risk of accidents and liabilities, children are not permitted in the salon or spa without a scheduled appointment.

Spa Etiquette

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for multiple services and spa packages.  A locker, robe and slippers will be provided.  Our goal is to provide every client with a pleasant, stress free and relaxing spa visit.
  • If a guest is more than 15 minutes late we may have to shorten the scheduled service.
  • Most spa services and packages must be prepaid.
