To better service you we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance.

A 24 hour notice is required on all appointment cancellations.

Gift certificate/cards, coupons or discount cards must be presented at check-in.

Corporate gift certificate/cards cannot be used to purchase any in-house promotions, packages that are discounted or may not be used with any coupons or specials. Please refer to ala carte menu for per service prices.

Guests using a gift certificate must also cancel within the required time or the gift certificate will be voided.

No shows will be charged at full treatment rate.

Cash gift cards have no expiration date and have no cash value.

All on-line gift certificates have a 1 year expiration.

Regular service gift certificates have a 1 year expiration.

Spa packages have a 6 month expiration date.

Holiday specially priced gift certificates have a 3 month expiration date.

Ther are no extensions on expired gift certificates.

Do to the risk of accidents and liabilities, children are not permitted in the salon or spa without a scheduled appointment.
Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for multiple services and spa packages. A locker, robe and slippers will be provided. Our goal is to provide every client with a pleasant, stress free and relaxing spa visit.

If a guest is more than 15 minutes late we may have to shorten the scheduled service.

Most spa services and packages must be prepaid.
